How do I measure to find my bra size?

First, let me start by mentioning 2 groups of bras for men.

Measuring a non-cup-sized bra for men

For buying a men’s bra without a cup size you wouldn’t need to know your cup size. Many men (but surely not all) have little difference between the band size and the cup size.

So for specialized men’s bras, you’ll only need the measurement of your underbust. Do check the size chart of the manufacturer to find out your best size (mostly small up to xx-large). These men’s bras are proportioned to fit the male physique.
