Why do small breasts need a sports bra?
Whether your breasts are small, medium or plus size, during sports and activities our breast tissue is moving up and down.
Your smaller breasts surely need a sports bra to reduce the bouncing.
The bra is also there to protect your nipples.

What styles work for small breasts?
Compression-style sports bras
A compression sports bra is designed to press the breasts to the chest. Because we have less breast tissue encapsulation really won’t work for us.
Cup-sized sports bras
You will only find a few AA cup-sized sports bras. Of course, I’ve listed those in my selection of sports bras. Some A-cup sports bras will do for AA ladies as well, but surely not all of them.

Bra sports tops in regular small, medium, and large size
A bra top will provide only light support. Great for daily wear and low-impact activities, like yoga, walking, and cycling.
